Welcome. This is my first semi-serious attempt at a blog. No, I don't know what I'm doing but I am hoping it'll be a fun learning experience.
Take a wide look at what I've got so far... which is nothing, really. It's a bare page and I have no clue what to put on it. Obviously it needs a more interesting design than the basic Blogger package, but what should I do about that? Also it seems like there should be more gadget thingies, but a lot of them seem dumb and untrustworthy. Untrustworthy gadgets. (Fun fact, I misspelled 'untrustworthy' about six times just then; it's not a word I use very often!)
Not even sure why I'm making this post or to whom I'm talking to since you (whoever you are) very likely won't be reading this for weeks, maybe months, because I also have no clue how to advertise a blog and do it in a tasteful way. "By the way friends, please mass-email everyone you know a link to my new blog which you think is awesome because you're my friends, right...?" It just isn't something I do and, hopefully, nobody does it because it's ineffective since, from what I can tell, nobody checks their emails anymore. Textvertising, now that's where it's at!
Anyway if you somehow found this blog already PLEASE tell me how so that I can exploit that method. Also bear with me as I try to assemble content.
